Princess Festival’s websites are intended for use by adults and by children under 13 with adult supervision. Site Use

You own your personally identifiable content and data. You may delete your name and personal information from our subscriptions and memberships at any time.

Cancelling an Account

Any user who creates an account may also delete their account, deleting with it all data created by that user and any submissions made to the Princess Festival. Accounts may be deleted by logging into your account, and following the specific instruction for account deletion. Account cancellations must be confirmed by e-mail. If you do not receive an email notification of your account cancellation, please send an email to: info@princessfestival.com with Cancel Account in the subject line. Princess Festival will store information related to the cancelled account for a period of 90 days; after that, all information will be permanently deleted.

You should promptly notify Princess Festival if your account, user name or password have been lost or stolen. Princess Festival will never ask you for your password. Princess Festival’s registration and order forms require users to provide us with contact information to establish accounts. Princess Festival may collect each user’s name and e-mail address. Princess Festival uses this information to contact the user regarding account and administrative matters.
