- I don’t really understand what this event is…
- The 2011 Holiday Princess Festival is basically a play we’re holding for children – except the actors will talk to and engage your children during the play. It’s kind of like a haunted house – except not scary, but glittery and sparkly and full of good messages for your children. As you go from room to room in our set, your children will be engaged with a specific storyline that will teach them values of kindness, forgiveness and courage.
- Do my children have to be between the ages of 4 and 10?
- You may purchase tickets for a child of any age to the 2011 Holiday Princess Festival, but we have found that children ages 4-10 have the most fun. A lot of it depends on the personality of your child – keep in mind that they will be interacting with adult actors and actresses. No child between the ages of 4-12 will be admitted without a ticket.
- Can little boys come?
- Yes! For the 2011 Holiday Princess Festival boys are more than welcome, and we have tailored the adventures to have boy and girl protagonists to make sure all children will have a hero they can relate with. Boys ages 4-12 will need tickets.
- Can I bring my camera?
- Yes, please do bring you camera!
- Do parents/guardians have to pay for entrance to the Princess Festival?
- One adult admission is included with regular ticket prices. After that, adult admission (ages 13+) are only $3. At least one adult MUST accompany your children into the show, but other adults are welcome to wait outside in our merchandise area, if they do not wish to attend.
- Should adults come dressed up too?
- You are welcome to come dressed in princess attire, but since the experience will only last for about an hour it is likely that most adults won’t dress up.
- Can I bring other children, babies, strollers?
- Yes, we fully expect that you will have your hands full, because we’re at the mall! We will have a stroller parking area, where you may be asked to store your strollers if a session is full (to save space on the set of the adventure). Children ages 0-3 are admitted for free, and you are welcome to bring them.
- What Princesses will be at the Holiday Princess Festival?
- The Holiday show will only feature Princess Festival characters (no traditional fairytale characters). This event is different from previous summer shows, in that you will attend just one skit, but travel through various rooms as the show progresses. There will be 4 Princesses at the Festival: Ilissa, Mila, Sonrisa, and our newest, Princess Maurine.
- What if I need to change the day or time I am registered for?
- If you need to make changes to your registration for any reason, please email info@princessfestival.com and we will respond to you within 48 hours. Beginning Nov 25 we will also be in the Princess Festival at the mall during normal business hours, and can help you there.
- What if I miss my show?
- If you miss your scheduled show, please come visit us in the mall at the Princess Festival store, or email us at info@princessfestival.com. We will do our best to make sure we get you in to an adventure, or make sure your admission is refunded.
