Product guarantee: We are confident in every product we sell and in the quality of our events!  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product or experience, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, or within 7 days of the show, and we will be happy to replace your product or provide you with a credit.

General refund policy: Orders can be cancelled until shipped, usually within 24 hours.  For items that are delivered electronically, there is no cancellation or refunds.  Tickets for shows are not cancelable/refundable.  Items that are physically shipped can receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase if they are unopened or in original condition.  Open items can be refunded depending on their quality or condition.  To cancel an order or request a refund, please send an email to info@princessfestival.com and reference your order number.  Refunds will be issued in the same format as original payment method (i.e. cash, credit card, check), within 7-10 business days.
