We are confident in every product we sell and in the quality of our events! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product or experience, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, or within 7 days of the show, and we will be happy to replace your product or provide you with a Princess Festival Credit.
Refund and Return Policy
Orders can be cancelled until shipped, usually within 24 hours. For items that are delivered electronically, there is no cancellation or refunds.
Tickets for shows may not be cancelled nor refunded. We may be able to help you schedule another show date and time to better accommodate your needs.
Items that are physically shipped can receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase if they are unopened or in original condition.
Items which have been opened may be refunded depending on their quality or condition and may include a re-stocking fee.
To cancel an order or request a refund, please send an email to email@example.com and reference your order number.
Refunds will be issued in the same format as original payment method (i.e. cash, credit card, check), within 7-10 business days.
